Delivery and Change Policy

Your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days . For custom made items the delivery may vary between 5 to10 working days .
    All items on our website are crafted by order, as they are specially produced , we do not accept their returns either domestically or internationally.
    After receiving the order, you can apply for an exchange of the items within the first 7 days . Your order can be exchanged with both a different size of the item or a totally different model from the website . Please note that each item within your order can be exchanged only once. We do offer the option of custom made item based on your sizing from which you can benefit without any extra charges if the standard sizing does not fit your silhouette .
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs . Returns received outside the above time frame are not to be accepted .
To demand an exchange , you have to send a mail regarding your notice of exchange to contact@underflirty.com. The mail must contain your name or the name that was used in placing the order, the order number and the new request : different size, different new product or custom made sizing (height, bust/waist/hips , and any other specification of lengths , sleeves, shoulders etc that can add to the creation of the most accurate fit ).
A reply will be sent to your mail detailing the return procedures and our adress.  The response mails are not automated and thus reply time can vary between 1h-24h . Please send the order back to us with the same package it was delivered in . Items for which a notice of exchange mail was not sent , will not be exchanged .
    After the order has been returned , it will be inspected according to our return conditions, if your package meets all the requirements , your exchanged will be shipped as soon as possible .
    Change Conditions :
    You can change each item only once. The same item cannot be changed again . Please note that we do offer the option of custom made item without extra charges .
    Please take care trying on the items .Items which have been used , worn and missing tags will not be accepted to change and will be sent back to the customer and an exchanged refused.
    Items which have been damaged due to usage (ripped, torn, washed , deformed) will not be accepted to change as well.
    You may use any postal service at your own responsibility when sending yours exchange orders.
The package is under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the specified adress.
    Under Flirty can not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return process. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packed .
